Pris un menu "saveur" en 3 créations et un menu "Degustation" en 6 créations. 3 etoiles "seulement" pour le sandre servi froid et le royal de boeuf à peine tiède (le personnel s'est excusé). Mon expérience client personnelle a été par conséquent biaisée.

Très bonne cuisine. Absolument rien à redire.
Des amuses bouches.... des prés dessert, des petits fours post dessert....
Digne de Très grands restaurants.
Juste un service en dessous et une ambiance aussi mais y retournerais sans problème.
