Malheureusement les origines des produits ne sont pas révélées par le personnel.
En tant que consommateur responsable, je privilégie les produits locaux, tant pour les matières premières que pour la fabrication.
Après vérification sur les emballages, les produits sont fabriqués dans la Somme (80), bien loin du Loir et Cher (41).
J'ai du mal à croire que les poissons proviennent de la Loire...
Dommage..... Je n'y retournerai pas bien que les produits soient bons.
Touriste, oui, mais pas vache à lait!!!
