A Maître Restaurateur who loves local produce and chooses it with the utmost care, he will delight your taste buds with his perfectly mastered inventiveness. For starters, try the surprising Sologne caviar from the nearby Hennecart fish farm, or his own smoked salmon. When in season, try the partridge and finish with a chocolate cream with candied banana, a real treat.

Les gambas mal cuites et insipides. Le poisson quelconque en proportion trop réduite. Nos amis qui y sont allés la semaine suivante se sont fait les mêmes remarque.
Attention à ne pas se laisser aller à la facilité, une renommée peut vite basculer.
Les chambres sont bonnes, propres et bien entretenues.
Le restaurant est excellent avec une cuisine locale et le petit déjeuner est également très bon.
Le seul bémol est l'escalier très étroit pour ceux qui voyagent avec de grosses valises.
