Restaurant to taste good home-made dishes of the owner Philippe Chaplault
Catherine and Philippe Chaplault have recreated something of the atmosphere of Lyon's bouchons at the gateway to the Sologne. After the warm welcome, the conviviality intended by the owners continues throughout the meal, without ever being overbearing or intrusive - on the contrary. You'll feel right at home and have a great time, because the service is unpretentious but precise and efficient. The pleasure continues on the plate, where Philippe adds a touch of creativity that delights the taste buds. Reservations are advisable, as this is a well-known address.
