Installed in the old Perrin mill, whose paddle wheel is still functional, this restaurant has a warm setting with a charming interior and a welcoming terrace on the banks of the Loir and opposite the beautiful Porte d'Eau when the weather is fine. The staff is attentive and the Dias family concocts a cuisine combining tradition and originality where the flavors are not masked by the seasonings. Do not hesitate to reserve a table near the wheel: a little noisy but pleasant.

Excellent restaurant. Accueil et service très sympathiques. Le menu est équilibré avec un choix restreint gage de fraicheur. La salade landaise est copieuse et goûtée. Les rognons sont cuits à la perfection. Mention spéciale pour les fromages parfaitement affinés. La tarte tatin, un délice. Le tout en bord du Loir-et-Cher.
