Restaurant with terrace serving a cuisine combining tradition and originality

Installed in the old Perrin mill, whose paddle wheel is still functional, this restaurant has a warm setting with a charming interior and a welcoming terrace on the banks of the Loir and opposite the beautiful Porte d'Eau when the weather is fine. The staff is attentive and the Dias family concocts a cuisine combining tradition and originality where the flavors are not masked by the seasonings. Do not hesitate to reserve a table near the wheel: a little noisy but pleasant.

Très décevant aussi bien de la cuisine que du service. Nous avons attendu 1h avant d’être servi. Concernant la salade césar 3 rondelles de tomates, une salade en sachet, et une sauce industrielle et le poulet industriel également, quantité insuffisante.
Pour le fricasser de poulet plat de cantine sans goût et fort doute sur la fraîcheur des haricots verts.
Nous n’avons pas pris de dessert par peur d’être déçu.
Cadre sympa, mais passer votre chemin.
