Installed in the old Perrin mill, whose paddle wheel is still functional, this restaurant has a warm setting with a charming interior and a welcoming terrace on the banks of the Loir and opposite the beautiful Porte d'Eau when the weather is fine. The staff is attentive and the Dias family concocts a cuisine combining tradition and originality where the flavors are not masked by the seasonings. Do not hesitate to reserve a table near the wheel: a little noisy but pleasant.

Nous avons mangé en terrasse et c'était super. La nourriture était très bonne et le service excellent. Le menu est très diversifié mais en même temps pas trop grand car que des produits de bonne qualité et frais. Le cadre est magnifique.
We went and eat on the outside area, the service was outstanding. The food was excellent. The menu has a lot of different choices but in the same time not too many things as only fresh produce are used for it.
It was delightful.
