Restaurant with terrace serving a cuisine combining tradition and originality

Installed in the old Perrin mill, whose paddle wheel is still functional, this restaurant has a warm setting with a charming interior and a welcoming terrace on the banks of the Loir and opposite the beautiful Porte d'Eau when the weather is fine. The staff is attentive and the Dias family concocts a cuisine combining tradition and originality where the flavors are not masked by the seasonings. Do not hesitate to reserve a table near the wheel: a little noisy but pleasant.

Notre dîner pour quatre a bien commencé, seulement pour que le service nous laisse pendre pour le dessert, puis en attendant l'addition. La promenade jusqu'au restaurant devant tous les magasins vacants à proximité en disait long.

Bel endroit, avec une bonne attention et mange aussi très bien. Plusieurs menus (19 €, 29 € et 29 €) et à la carte. Un lieu incontournable si vous êtes à Vendôme. ????% recommandé !
