Owner's Message
A culinary break accompanied by attentive service
Our Chef, Amaury LEMPERNESSE, has been running the kitchen since May 2022. He is supported by Jean, Saïdu, Isabelle and Victor, who form a reliable and professional team around him. Amaury LEMPERNESSE came back to Vendôme after working in France and abroad (with Rémy GIRAUD - Le Domaine des Hauts de Loire - and Frédéric ARNAULT - La Maison Tourangelle), where he was reunited with family and friends.
Our menu, renewed every month, naturally follows the course of the seasons. It's made from fresh, raw produce, sourced from short circuits in a region that offers a rich and varied production for a simple, high-quality cuisine, where a juice or a sauce is always a welcome addition to the dish, and where the "chef's" desserts are intended to be gourmet.
In the dining room, Michel VAZ and Claire MATHON present a wine list with 150 references, including some 20 wines by the glass. The wine list is the result of many years of meetings with winegrowers in France and abroad, who produce wines with little or no added sulfur, also known as "natural wines".
