Opened at the beginning of the 20th century, Le Moderne is a respectable hotel-restaurant, facing the station. The restaurant with its cherry wood decor seduces. As well as the menu, which offers essential regional dishes such as the Rethel white pudding pot with maroilles, beautiful fish specialities and finally a strawberry strawberry with pink biscuits from Reims or an iced soufflé with champagne marc.
