The Sardan family is well known for its restaurant Le Bareil in La Chapelle Aubareil and its preserves made from local produce. In this cozy tapas and wine bar, home-grown produce is used in generous dishes (charcuterie, cheese, foie gras, rillettes, grattons, etc.), all accompanied by Bergerac or other wines.
