Since 2021, the mill has been presenting a museography of its evolution, and outside you'll discover a conservatory orchard.
Nestled in the Vern valley, this 16th-century water mill, the last remaining oil mill in operation, is much more than a production site: it's a family story that has been passed down since 1857. Oils and flours are made here with passion, combining ancestral know-how with a love of the land. Here, we share much more than just a visit: the museum area, the educational orchard and the gourmet picnics in summer make this place a truly convivial interlude. An encounter with history and taste, to be savored to the full!

Living Heritage Company. Quality Tourism. Accueil vélo. Collège Culinaire de France. Open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm; Saturday 2pm to 6pm. July and August Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Free admission. Guided tours and complimentary tastings for individuals, by quotation and reservation for groups. Oil production year-round, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6pm. Store. Artisanal production of oils and flours with character: walnut, hazelnut, almond and peanut.
Owner's Message
The Moulin de la Veyssière, located in Neuvic, in the heart of the Périgord Blanc, is the last active mill in the Vern valley. We produce oils and flours of character: walnut, hazelnut and almond. Our oils are made in a traditional way, following a family know-how transmitted since 1857
Exclusively from local production, our production is 100% French.
We welcome you all year round at the Moulin de la Veyssière, in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere! We offer free guided tours of 45 minutes, which will reveal all the secrets of our oils and our history. At the end of the visit, you will be offered a tasting of our oils
You will find all our oils and flours, as well as a selection of home-made gourmet products in our shop located in the old bakery of the mill.
Oil production all year round from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

- Tours depart every 30 minutes from 9.30am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5:30pm (First tour departure at 9.30am. Last tour departure at 5:30pm)
