The Périgord Press Club, created in 1986, brings together journalists and communication professionals. It allows you to go beyond professional relationships by offering friendly meetings to get to know the department and those who live there better. It reflects the great media diversity of the department, which still has many print media titles, radio stations (including associations) and a local France 3. There are no fewer graphic design and communication agencies, and press officers and public relations managers from institutions, local authorities and companies are also well represented. Every two or three years, the club organises a humorous gala, Les Plumes de la presse, which scratches a few local personalities. It also publishes a directory of press and communication professionals, which also includes a number of useful addresses.
