BALADES AU FIL DE L'EAU EN CANOT RABASKA
How about a giant canoe ride? Jean-Claude, a river guide, invites you to sail along the Dordogne in a rabaska canoe, a wooden boat widely used by the Amerindians. According to your desires, you will have the choice between the Discovery walk (5 km, 1h/1h30), the Kingfisher walk (7 km, 2h/2h30), the Castle walk (12 km, 3h/4h) or the Gabariers walk over a day (25 km). The durations are variable for several reasons, but mainly because it is possible to stop whenever you want to dive in the water and relax a little. With a capacity of up to 45 people thanks to three boats, the activity can be enjoyed with friends or family. As the boats are very stable, they are perfectly accessible to people with reduced mobility. Along the water, you will probably have the chance to see a kingfisher or a grey heron, you can also admire views of villages and castles. Hikes over several days are also possible from Argentat, Carennac... to Tremolat. Do not hesitate to contact Jean-Claude.
