Le Spark is the bistronomic restaurant of the Golden Tulip Reims l'Univers hotel. It's a pleasant setting, both Art Deco and contemporary, warm enough to make you quickly forget the boulevard. Here, you'll discover the menu, even if you've been here before, as it changes every month, according to ideas and the season. Chef Fabien Abdelalim successfully combines his taste for the Champagne region with fish and seafood cuisine, from a "retour de marché" menu featuring the finest fresh seasonal produce to a lobster menu offering a range of light, delicate variations on the crustacean, from carpaccio and vegetable piccata to roast medallions and veal jus pot-au-feu. Once you've finished your tasting, head upstairs to the rooftop to finish your evening with a few bubbles and a view.

Je ne l’ai consulté que le lendemain et je me suis rendue compte que la réduction de 20% prévue n’avait pas été appliquée sur nos plats !!!
On passe par l'hôtel pour se rendre au restaurant, réceptionniste peu aimable au contraire de la serveuse qui, bien que peu expérimentée, possède une bonne repartie, très sympathique.
