Opposite the train station and Square Colbert, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Palais des Congrès, Le Spark invites you to enjoy semi-gastronomic cuisine in a sublime Art Deco setting. Chef Fabien Abdelalim combines local specialties and seafood in creations that are as original as they are refined, and perfectly complement the sommelier's selection. We're crazy about the lobster carpaccio and roasted medallion, the house's flagship menu. The hotel is currently closed for renovation until the end of 2024, and will soon welcome you in a brand new, freshly renovated setting.
