Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. De fitness, wellness en zwembad zijn slecht onderhouden. Schimmelvlekken, groene sporen in het zwembad etc… jammer.
Big breakfast available and we had a couple of drinks and snacks in the bar. Nothing to complain about at all.

Côté produit, la chambre deluxe est très belle avec une jolie terrasse mais investissez svp sur la télé qui ne marche pas, les produits de soins à redemander tous les jours car non fournis même si le flacon de la veille est vide, pas d’après shampooing, café fourni mais pas d’eau pour remplir la machine à café ( est ce logique?). Service de pressing très lent : 2,5 jours pour une chemise…
Côté restaurant et petit dej, rien à dire sur le service des équipes mais le choix des plats et qualité des produits peut être amélioré.
Côté réception, service inexistant et personnel présent physiquement mais absent côté service client. Un exemple : check out fait (ce n’était pas en période de rush) mais même pas une question de comment c’était passé le séjour, lors du paiement on dirait que j’embêtais la personne et pour laisser mon bagage j’embêtais clairement…. Bref motivez vos équipes svp.
Sinon dans l’ensemble, je recommande pour la qualité de la chambre (hors produits) et l’emplacement. Bon courage à vos équipes Best western
