飯店就在市中心，服務人員也非常的友善跟熱情，房間很乾淨，裡面的設備也很新，應該是重新整修過，物超所值。

Specifically regarding the hotel bar. Bartenders put up a show, which is somewhat fun, but they seem to stress a lot like a part of their image, which results in extremely poor drinks at totally ridiculous prices. We paid over 70 euros for a no finesse Manhattan on the rocks, not even served in a rock glass and gin and tonics with way too little Schweppes Indian tonic water. Could just as well put sprite in them and served the gin in shot glasses on the side. Honestly, spend your money elsewhere.

Edit: I read a lot of (fake?) 5 star reviews of the cocktails here. Seriously guys, you haven’t had a real cocktail then ????

Chambre spacieuse, restaurant varié, service digne d'un restaurant étoilé, bar au service avec des serveurs géniaux. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
Prix raisonnable pour le secteur.

Getting to the hotel is easy as it gets in the absolute center of Reims. Quentin was very kind and of great help checking in, together with his colleagues, making sure we arrived at our parking spot (directly below the hotel) and recommending nice dining locations. The rooms are great and minimalistic, though not that spacious. Also, we loved the roomy bathroom and shower. The rooms come equipped with all required amenities, a mini-bar, and more. I was positively surprised by the ironing facilities.
There is an excellent bar inside the hotel with lovely outdoor seating. However, the choice of music (house) didn’t quite fit the majestic setting for us.

Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est pas mal mais le pain est bof. Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes quand même, on entend facilement ce qui se passe dehors. Biensûr comme souvent en france il y a plein de défauts apparents: peinture rayée, tâches dans les douches et toilettes, meubles qui ferment mal. Le parking est très petit et l'accès en voiture n'est possible que via interphone. Ça aurait été cool de le savoir avant, histoire de pas tourner en rond 20 minutes avant de comprendre. Voilà rien de spéciale dans cet hôtel moyen mais pour 1 ou 2 nuits ça va, plus pas du tout.

Location is everything and this hotel is really spot on for anyone who wants to explore Reims, the cathedral and the champagne. Add to it excellence, friendly and professional service in the reception and great spacious bar and restaurant and you have everything.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé au coeur de ville. Pour autant très calme avec une belle cour intérieure paisible. possibilité de parking privé. Personnel sympathique très bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre propre et spacieuse. Petite salle de fitness et piscine bien appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Super hôtel ! Bien placé, moderne, propre et très confortable. Le service est efficace et sympathique. Le bar est également très bien : beaucoup de choix et une bonne ambiance. Il y a beaucoup de chambres, un restaurant, et même un spa. Le parking est aussi très pratique. Je recommande !

Vous avez apprécié la qualité de notre établissement et nous en sommes ravis.
Il est à préciser que nous ne disposons pas de spa mais d'un espce détente composé d'une piscine couverte et chauffée, d'un solarium, d'un sauna et de quelques appareils de remise en forme.

Un hôtel qui en vaut la peine ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, malheureusement pas assez éclairé mais ce n’est qu’un détail . La piscine mon coup de cœur, il n y avait personne donc j’ai pu profiter. Les hôtes d’accueils sont très gentils, l’ambiance est génial, je recommande cet hôtel si vous faites un séjour à Reims

Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre chien, durant un weekend de mai. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre ville, l'accueil et le cadre son très agréable, et les chambres sont soignés et modernes.

Le samedi soir nous avons été boire un cocktail dans le bar et nous avons vraiment apprécié le moment.

Nous avons oublié un vêtement dans notre chambre qui nous as été renvoyé par la réception dans les plus bref délais et nous en sommes encore plus ravis...

On recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

ランス中心部のホテルなら、このホテルを選んで間違いないです。行き届いたサービス、綺麗で清潔な部屋や水回り。フロント階には椅子がいろんな場所に配置されていて、寛げます。周辺徒歩5分圏内にはレストランはもちろん、数件の美味しいベーカリーや、何件ものスーパーマーケットがあり滞在に困ることはありません。

Excellent hotel with modern and freshly remodelled rooms in the heart of the city just minutes walk from the cathedral and great restaurants.

Staff was exceptional with extra stars to the MD and font desk young lady (on duty 26.4), who assisted us when we realised had altered travel plans. Very, very accommodating and helpful and my wife and I were impressed by the genuine customer service.

Pool is wonderful as well after enjoying the champagne tastings!

Un très bon hôtel

Habitués des Best Western, nous avons choisi celui la pour sa proximité / la célèbre cathédrale (et son marché de Noël).
Cet hôtel est dans la bonne moyenne (très bonne moyenne) des hôtels de cette chaîne !
Propre, confortable, personnel accueillant et tout à fait prêt à rendre service (Merci particulièrement pour le démontage / montage de mon coffre de toit / parking...)
Chambre spacieuse, calme, peut être un peu vieillissante mais très correcte quand même !
Avec en plus un endroit spa/fitness petit mais complet avec sauna / hammam / piscine / matériel de musculation en accès libre.

The hotel is very well located (5 minutes walk from Reims cathedral). It has a parking (surcharge) very useful. Beautiful decoration. Very warm welcome, the staff are really friendly. Very good bar and restaurant. However, beware of the bill which can quickly climb. Side room, we had the opportunity to take a pleasant triple room, but always very not suitable for 3 (only 2 coffee cups, a small closet, not enough towel). Breakfast is served in a large dining room is very well. A small gym is finally available. When we arrived, the pool was accessible without shower required. Since then, it seems that a panel was installed on the door (our remarks were taken into consideration).
