As for the cuisine, Chef Michel offers Corsican specialties and fish caught in the area. And let's not forget Jean-Charles' homemade charcuterie and the pizzas of a true Neapolitan pizzaiolo! A pleasant place to stay, ideally placed for discovering one of the island's most beautiful wilderness areas in a friendly haven of peace.
