A 7-storey hotel dating from the 1970s, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley, you'll have to climb to the very top of the village of Cuttoli, but the place is well worth the detour. Authentic cuisine, daily suggestions that flatter the local produce, an exceptional wine list with an unmistakable Mediterranean flavour, and a kindness and passion that make it worth the effort to climb all the way up there. Younger guests will love the pizzas and ice creams. For the grown-ups, a home-cooked meal featuring local produce.

Nous avons passé 5 jours en demie pension dans cet hôtel. Nous en sommes ravis. Une équipe méritante qui justifie notre respect. L'ambiance est conviviale et le personnel très aimable. Les repas sont généreux et raffinés. Encore bravo au cuisinier auto-didacte. L'hôtel, en cours de rénovation est simple, mais on s'y sent bien. Nous conservons cette adresse et encourageons cette équipe à continuer ainsi.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement, l’accueil est sympathique, les chambres grandes et la vue sublime. Le décor est vintage et les lieux sont propres. Un gros plus pour le restaurant où nous avons apprécié la qualité des produits
