One of the best Besancon-native addresses, friendly setting, a warm welcome and fresh produce in your plate. In the evening couple, or business lunch: it is a place to recommend!
if you want to impress your host, personally or business, it is here that it is necessary to go. Unique setting (stone vault), the reception of the owner, cutlery and original, a very excavated menu and a presentation in search of perfection. One has trouble finding a flaw at this place.
