LE POKER D’AS
This restaurant gives credence to the popular proverb that advises you not to rely on appearances. Behind its quiet curtains at the corner of Saint Amour Square, the hotel enjoys a solid reputation with traditional cuisine of exceptional quality. The carte card meets both classic appetites and bolder treats by combining regional cuisine with modernity: pressed for duck and foie gras, apples and leeks, raspberry emulsion emulsion, or surprising association of crisp snails with produced chanterelles and some crayfish with full-bodied juice. The desserts are not in the balance and in turn combine tradition and originality: Small, creamy vacherin vacherin with vanilla and its grout of raspberry, milk chocolate delights, Carambar tile, and fragrant jasmine tea… The room is often filled, also think of booking to be sure to taste this good cuisine from our land.
