The not-to-be-missed event in Sarlat! Every year in mid-January, the Groupement des Producteurs de Truffes du Périgord Noir, the Tourist Office and the town of Sarlat put truffles in the spotlight, to the delight of our taste buds. With a wide range of activities: cooking courses open to all, cooking demonstrations with chefs, the Jean Rougié trophy , Croustous (Perigord tapas) tastings, truffle markets, children's workshops, shows...
