CHEESE MUSEUM
This former cheese factory founded in 1818 now houses a museum and a shop. A visit allows you to see how Comté cheese is made, especially in the boiler room with its enormous copper vats. All this is accompanied by a short and very instructive film, which will appeal to even the youngest visitors. At the end of the visit, your cheese will be just right! And you'll appreciate the tasting of Comté cheese and Jura wine all the more. You will be able to buy, among other things, books on cheeses. A nice discovery before discovering the surrounding dairy farms!
