Cabane-restaurant offering 100% natural oysters in Andernos-les-Bains.
L'Atelier is a shed-restaurant with a dark paneled facade and a terrace with a pergola, an interior with simple contemporary furniture and two friends Hugo and Rémi. The first is an oyster farmer and owner, the second is behind the stoves. This duo treats us to 100% natural oysters, shellfish, but also to dishes enhanced with fragrances and spices such as oysters poached in ginger broth or mango mousseline, an exotic fruit brunoise with a small homemade biscuit

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable.

Quel belle découverte, on as mangé dans ce restaurant mis août, malgré qu'il soit plein on nous a trouvé une place plus tard dans la soirée avec un enfant en bas ages et un nouveau né. Les plats sont copieux et travaillés, le service est agréable mais tenez vous bien … les prix sont sous estimés par rapport a la qualité, ambiance relaxante , je recommande " 5 etoiles " parce que je ne peux pas en mètre 10 .
