Restaurant offering very complete seafood platters with an excellent welcome.

One sits down at La Caouenne, facing the Basin, especially for the oysters which arrive directly from the producer to the consumer and for the seafood platters which are very complete in their composition, well garnished and of a remarkable freshness. To satisfy everyone, suggestions of the day on the slate from 15 to 20 euros complete the offer with classic starters, some meats and fish that vary according to what is found on the market, mussels, gourmet desserts, pancakes and waffles. The welcome is also excellent.

Closed during the February vacations and on All Saints' Day for three weeks. Low season: open from Thursday to Sunday for lunch; Friday and Saturday evenings. High season: every day and on public holidays at lunchtime and in the evening. Children's menu: 10 €. Dishes from 15 € to 20 €. Seafood platters from 22 € to 42 €. Vacation vouchers, Restaurant vouchers.

Je suis végétarienne et à chaque fois que j'y vais et ce depuis des années, il m'est servi une jolie assiette de légumes variés et des frites pour le plaisir. Bien copieux et bien bon
Je recommande même pour ceux qui mangent de tout !! Accueil agréable et jolie vue bien sûr

De passage à Andernos-les -bains, nous avons déjeuné au restaurant LA CAOUENNE. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par l’équipe de salle. La cuisine est délicieuse et la vue superbe !

Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Nous avons finis nos assiettes. Un régal. Tout semble fait maison et c'est ce qui les différencient des autres. L'accompagnement du filet de bar était tout aussi bon que le plat en lui même. L'assaisonnement était très juste. Gros + pour la mayonnaise maison, ce qui se fait rare. Vraiment excellent!
