The little brother of the Cochon Volant in Bordeaux, this is the kind of restaurant where you like to sit down for the atmosphere and the hearty dishes at reasonable prices. The cuisine remains classic, but sometimes it's good to go back to basics, which always attract a certain clientele. The menu features two dishes of the day (usually fish and meat) and a single dessert. Depending on the season, meat lovers get their money's worth with the prime rib of beef (400 grams) accompanied by a beautiful pan-fried porcini mushroom. Simple and efficient, just like the service.
