Nestled in cabin no. 68, the Little Oyster Museum is run by volunteers from the Andernos Oyster Festival Committee. These enthusiasts will reveal the many secrets of the pearl of the Basin: its origin and history, breeding techniques, consumption, marketing... The museum celebrates the oyster-farming tradition of the Arcachon Basin, with its 44 huts, typical pinasses and the disgorging basins where oysters from the oyster beds are immersed.
