Ô Sorbet d'Amour (100% artisanal ice cream) is an institution in the Arcachon basin that was founded in 1935. The brand has no less than 7 addresses in the Basin, 3 in Bordeaux, 1 in Toulouse and even one in Braga in Portugal. More than 100 gourmet recipes are made in the traditional way: the milk is supplied by the last farm in the Arcachon basin and then processed in an artisanal way with high-quality fruits and ingredients in the La Teste laboratory. Ice creams and sorbets are often very original, such as strawberry piquillos, plum quetsche, cactus flower, mimosa or Montblanc, plum Armagnac, etc. The frozen desserts will continue to delight us, such as the famous Pinasse - made from nougat - and its 20 scoops of ice cream for 10 people, the emblematic dessert of Ô Sorbet d'Amour, also made by the house in a traditional way.
