PÂTISSERIE YANN
Yann Adingra is not only an artisan pastry chef, but also a teacher in a private vocational high school. He was also France's best apprentice in 2016, and Abylimpics world pastry champion the same year. Why not push open the doors of his pretty patisserie? Hazelnut and caramel vacherin, mille-feuille, bite-sized tarts, marshmallows, maxi cookies... The chef's specialty? The Andernoise (soft hazelnut cookie, hazelnut crunch, organic coffee-bean-infused cream, coffee/hazelnut chantilly). A few tables on site and on the terrace.
