Quant à l ambiance, le personnel était pressé de terminer la soirée.
Ils ont commencé le rangement de la salle vers 11hs 15. Les derniers ont attendu Minuit pour se fêter tristement la bonne année, sans aucune participation du personnel, qui s empressait d encaisser les repas dans une totale désorganisation . Lesclients faisait la queue, bousculés par les serveurs .
