MOUND CASTLE
Chateau du Tertre, grand cru classé of Margaux, its wines are among the grand crus classés of the Médoc and its cellar is worth visiting
This grand cru classé of Margaux was recently taken over by the Helfrich family in March 2021. The vineyard benefits from an exceptional territory steeped in history since its construction in the 17th century. It was in 1855 that the wines of the estate became part of the Grands Crus Classés of the Médoc. Today, it has 52 hectares of vines. And the cellar is a must-see. It is possible to stay there for a few nights and take advantage of the superb guest rooms decorated with Tuscan and Flemish influences and with master paintings.
