The Baleste family is one of the oldest oyster-farming families of Lège Cap-Ferret. Corinne and Jean-Robert open their hut all year round to invite you to a tasting or retail sale of Banc d'Arguin oysters. On the small port of Audenge, come and savour local products (home-made terrine with pepper or plain) and good fresh products (pink and grey shrimps, whelks), all washed down with an entre-deux-mers or a rosé. You can sit on the covered terrace or on the edge of the port, with your feet in the sand. A nice address to share with friends.
