Restaurant offering excellent value for money dishes in Auros.
Just ten kilometers from Langon, L'Absolu deserves a lot of praise, starting with its elegant stone façade. With its large mural, the Forest room gives us the impression of being in an undergrowth forest. All the rooms are pleasantly decorated. As for the cuisine, the chef offers dishes in the same vein, i.e. refined and accompanied by tasty sauces. All at excellent value for money. A video-surveillance area has been set aside for children, with a special menu and menu for them.

Sinon rien à redire
Ens han atès amb una professionalitat i cura que ens han fet sentir com marquesos.
El personal de la sala te molt bon coneixement dels productes, origen i elaboració.
Cuina francesa rústica tradicional, amb unes impresionants pinzellades de modernitat, sabors autèntics i tocs de genialitat.
Com que ens trobem al Bordelès els vins tots Burdeus amb unes complertes notes de cata.
Hem triat un vi que a mes dels tradicionals Cabernet-Merlot hi havia unes notes de Malbec. Molt agradable que ens ha servit de cicerone en un àpet inolvidable.
