Paul, a passionate guide, invites you to visit and taste the châteaux of the Sauternes region.
Paul has been based in the Sauternes region for some thirty years, having first worked in the wine industry before becoming a guide to share his passion for the region. He organizes a variety of half-day and full-day tours, including lunch breaks (at the Cave de Cadillac, for example), as well as tastings at some of the finest châteaux. If you have a special event to celebrate, Paul can also organize a tailor-made service: an unusual concert, a candlelit dinner in a Grand Cru classé, a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards... Incredible memories!
