Here's a pizzeria that bakes its pizzas on the spot and in full view of customers, thanks to its open kitchen. Just a few tables inside, but a large terrace on Arbois' central square welcomes you all year round. Italian products are used, of course, but also those from the Franche-Comté region for pizzas with a more local flavour. In summer, salads complete the menu. A benchmark, here we have the same high standards as at the Brasserie des Docks next door, which also does take-away.
