Working in Roanne, where they used to rub shoulders and collaborate with the chef Pierre Troisgros, Célia and Guillaume moved to the wine capital. She, getting closer to her family bases. Their rustic shop and workshop smell good as soon as you enter, like the succulences that the chef prepares on his marbles. Confectionery, pastries and chocolates have immediately won over a tasteful public. Their flagship products: giant madeleines, the "Caramel à l'O" in partnership with Salins, marshmallows, chocolates... even ice creams in season. We are amazed.

Très très mal reçue par le monsieur à l'accueil. Je demandais juste un renseignement avant de faire des achats. Tout compte fait, je suis partie sans rien acheter. La politesse est à revoir ou alors, il faut changer de métier. Pour votre demande de renseignements, c'était peu de temps après votre installation en centre ville et c'était un jeune homme (la vingtaine ou la trentaine), bien portant avec un semblant de moustache. Je vous garantis qu'un accueil pareil, je m'en souviens.

Nouvelle boutique gourmande. Personne agréable. Tarifs corrects, néanmoins il serait judicieux d'avoir une meilleure traçabilité des produits de base.
