DOMAINE DES BODINES

Emilie and Alexis Porteret set up in Arbois in 2010 with barely 4 hectares, including 20 ares of vin de pays in Buffard, in the Doubs. Their estate is one of the smallest in size, but not among the specialists of the appellation. All the plots are worked organically and biodynamically, with the Ecocert label: deep ploughing, Bordeaux mixture, sulphur, nettle and horsetail tea, horn dung. No external inputs for the vinification. All in all, meticulous work is carried out according to the seasons. The yields do not exceed 35 hl per hectare!
