This cooperative brings together 3 workshops (Arbois, Chilly-sur-Salins and Ivory) and 22 farms in 10 communes. Its redesign is combined with a tourist approach. The sales area has been given a new look, with a bank offering a wide range of Comtois cheese specialities. There is also a stall where other regional curiosities are on display. Behind the glass windows, the cheese makers are busy. The guided tour is more than enriching, completed by a film.

Après une visite de la fruitière vinicole juste à côté et vu qu'on était encore dans la saison du Mont d'Or, je suis allé en acheter 2: un petit et un grand. Bon accueil par un jeune homme.

Fromagerie dans laquelle j’ai l’habitude d’aller depuis un bon moment, jamais déçus du fromage mais l’accueil laissait tellement à désirer que je pensais changer de fromagerie
J’ai donc été très agréablement surprise de tomber sur une nouvelle vendeuse très commerçante qui m’a reçu avec le sourire et avec qui j’ai pu échanger très facilement
