There is a lot of goodwill in this small restaurant located between the finage Chaussinois and the foot of Revermont; in short, between the Beaune and Lons-le-Saunier axes. Light, modern furniture, a warm welcome and a service that is no less so. Christophe is active in the kitchen with local products and in season with those from his garden. The tone is set. As a biker himself, his establishment is a popular "Relais motards". The menu is enriched with fresh fish on Fridays such as this monkfish medallion, courgette tomato cherry roasted in white butter. For example, the appetizers display a Saint-Marcellin in a speck bard roasted on a salad. For dessert, why not an iced soufflé with vine peach. The lunchtime formula during the week is completed with a quality bread. A downside: the starter could be a little more hearty, as well as some extra vegetables with the main course would be welcome. Even if it means lightening the cheese platter, which is very full for a daily menu.
