The unusual name of this place is well found! Its occupants have converted this former dairy farm into a bakery. They are busy between fields and bakeries, markets and deliveries. Frédéric Jacquelin is the initiator. Formerly a heating/sanitation salesman, he swapped his job for that of a farmer-baker. He built his wood-fired oven, found land to grow wheat, buckwheat, rye and small spelt. He also milled his seeds on a stone millstone to obtain his flour. This atypical bakery works in a very rural setting.
