Meat lovers won't be disappointed, especially as all dishes are prepared on the premises using local ingredients: the meat arrives fresh from the Charrier butcher's shop, and the burger buns come hot from the Sauboua bakery. The menu is constantly evolving, but features at least one vegetarian dish. Tartare with fries cooked in duck fat and French toast are the house specialties.
