Alice Labriet arrived in the region from the Franc-Comté region following a transfer, and instantly fell in love with Bazas, giving up her job as a French teacher to embark on the great adventure of the restaurant business. With the help of her partner Arnaud, she opened her little restaurant in 2023, where she enthusiastically prepares colorful, vitamin-packed seasonal dishes, mainly vegetarian (although the menu still offers a meat option), on a menu that changes every month.
