Founded in 1945, the Alain Lamigeon cannery is located in a beautiful 17th century bourgeois house. Pâté de campagne au Sauternes, rillettes de canard gras, grattons de porc, foie gras de canard entier, salmis de palombes, poule confite, cassoulet aux haricots tarbais, langue de boeuf bazadais, confit d'oignons au piment d'Espelette... There are only flavors of the South-West of France in these home-made preserves with traditional recipes. Vegetarian friends, go the other way !
