Founded in 1945, the Alain Lamigeon cannery is housed in a beautiful 17th-century residence. Pâté de campagne au Sauternes, rillettes de canard gras, grattons de porc, salmis de palombes, poule confite, cassoulet aux haricots tarbais, langue de bœuf bazadais, confit d'oignons au piment d'Espelette, foie gras and magret de la ferme de Lalibert... There's nothing but South-Western flavors in these artisanal preserves with traditional recipes. Vegetarians, beware!
