Elisabeth Cornu wants her visitors to rediscover the values of the countryside. She has two strings to her bow: poultry farming and her gîte. The farmer raises chickens and guinea fowl in the countryside. The chickens are kept for at least 5 months (80 in general for those with a label), without medication and therefore without antibiotics. She also has her own laboratory and markets directly legs, quenelles, terrines, tourtons and even saucivolailles. The temptation will be great to extend this meeting with the 3 cosy rooms. You will only want to come back.
