Bistro in Chamblay serving grandma's cooking revisited with local products, tasty pans and meats.
At Sissi and Jean-François Grundisch's, you change era when you cross the threshold. We enter a bistro from the 1950s. You feel at home in the small rooms. The revisited grandma's cooking is based on local products. The pan-fried dishes served in their frying pans are quite unusual but very tasty. Note the calf's head with gribiche sauce, the morel crust and the snail cassolette with nuts and yellow wine. In season, frogs and trout goujonnette. A "pretty" address where it is good to live... and eat.

En avril, c´est la saison des grenouilles, profitez en bien là bas, elles sont excellentes.
Seul petit bémol, le service était très lent.
