Behind its 5 arcaded red windows, the Relais du Fumé throws itself into your arms like an invitation. Cochonailles of all kinds display themselves behind the glass and make your mouth water. Sculptures of a gigantic cured ham and sausage serve as signage. The story goes back to 1937. The Javaux family, craftsmen to the core, have a universally recognized know-how. They offer a wide selection of Jura specialties: smoked cured ham, brési, smoked bacon, country terrines, rillettes, smoked filet mignons, and a fine delicatessen.

Une très vielle maison, voilà plus de 60 ans quand je vais à Champagnole au moins deux à trois fois par ans, je fais mes courses dans cette Boucherie-charcutrie. Très bien et bon.
