After ten years at the helm of their restaurant in Miribel, Lucie and Olivier have just moved into their brand new restaurant in Château-Chalon. The realization is very successful with bright spaces, a contemporary decoration which releases charm, of very good taste, with the design made in Jura. The cuisine is marked by the various prestigious establishments where Olivier Perrard has made his mark, both in France and abroad. It is a refined cuisine, which evolves with the seasons and which is close to the stars, literally and figuratively.
