This cheese production cooperative was founded in 1963 and the direct selling shop to the public in 1993. You find the fruit products there: County, Cheese (several médaillé in the department), Grenache (winter), Sérrac, white cheese, butter and cream but also other local and regional products such as Gates Blue, cancoillotte, goat cheeses, artisanaux yaourts, honey, wine… Guided tour of the cheese factory in summer. The opportunity to discover this beautiful village of 250 inhabitants in its green setting, with its feudal castle and fountain fountain.
