christophe Bassard's refined cuisine is a pleasure to find in this beautiful restaurant located in the Parenthèse hotel-spa. Seasonal products will always have pride of place in a traditional gastronomic cuisine. The whole space has been redesigned and renovated, thus highlighting a vast space with a contemporary decoration. The terrace is very appreciable in good weather. The wine list is well constructed, as are the desserts, which are well worth a visit. A good address which will please the amateurs.

Les chambres étaient anciennes (propres et confortables) mais se doucher dans une baignoire minuscule sans rideau, sans inonder la très petite salle de bains est une mission impossible.
Il reste la douche du spa, mais il faut amener son savon car le distributeur reste désespérément vide malgré nos demandes à la réception.
La piscine soit disant chauffée en mai ne devait pas dépasser 17 ° malgré de nombreux clients sur les transats découragés par sa température.
Nous sommes très déçus.
